I have been working out with my own equipment for over 30 years but, due to back and shoulder problems, I was reluctant to keep working out because I was afraid of potential injuries to my body by not doing exercises properly. Jessica came to my home gym once every week for 3 months and laid out a wonderful program that safely strengthened those areas of my body that needed ‘gentle treatment’. I am now much more fit than when she and I first started and I feel confident in my workouts. If you don’t have your own workout area, Jessica has a comprehensive assortment of equipment in her training space and working one-on-one with her there is way better than going to a commercial gym. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and her programs have enough variation to avoid the ‘boredom factor’ of regular workouts. Also, Jessica encourages you to keep going in a way that makes you think, in the end, “hey, that wasn’t so hard!”. I would highly recommend Jessica for people of any age or fitness level…she is simply the best trainer I have ever worked with and there have been quite a few.
